Emailing
Not able to send email/payslips from myob I get this error - "The Email Could'nt be sent" Emails sent using Accountright can't exceed 10mb Can you please how I can fix this

You would generally encounter this situation when you don't have an active subscription in place. We do recommend contacting our team directly to discuss enabling that subscription.
In the meantime you are welcome to use a desktop email program like Outlook to send those emails - Sending emails using Outlook

I plan on going forward with a plan.
We had a 30 days trial and 1/2 price for the months after, but I want to keep ot going.
But I have ticked send emails using accountright and error still appears.

Until the trial has expired and the full plan has activated, you would not be able to utilise the "Send emails using AccountRight" functionality. If you had chosen to renew the plan, this functionality will be enabled automaticaly once the full plan starts. Until then you can untick this option and send emails using Outlook.
