Error 4077 relating to History when Importing Items

Hi

 

We have yet another of our stores receiving a 4077 error when importing items.  In the past MYOB ran a script that corrected it.  Here are the details, would appreciate if a script could be run. Have attached the import log FYI

 

Company File: Online

Serial No: SN removed by moderator YS

Company Name: PMA Trading Ltd t/a EmbroidMe Nelson

AccountRight 2022.9.24.7350

Company File ID: 12

 

If any further informayion is required let me know

    Thanks for your post. I have ran a script over that file that should have solved this error. Let me know if that has worked for you.

      Thank you, that has worked perfectly.  Have already imported a few lists successfully.

      Sorry for hijacking this thread wasn't sure how to message you. I'm having the same issue. I have updated item names and prices but I am unable to Import them back in.

        Hi AshGee 

         

        We can arrange for the same script to be run over the company file if you are impacted by the same import error. In order to do that we would need you to confirm the following information:

         

        • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
        • What the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number is - Setup>>Company Information
        • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight

      I'm having the same issue trying to import items yielding error -4077. Can you please help.

       

      Company file stored: online
      Last 4 digits of serial number: 1120
      Company file ID: 1
