Preparation and recording of an export invoice

Today I seem to be unable to prepare and record an export invoice .

I have been using MYOB accoutright for a long time now and have changed nothing.

The system will record all NZ GST invoices perfectly but will not record an export invoice (no GST) for a sale to Australia.

What is going on?
