Inventory not recording properly

    Hi Karla13, 

     

    I've had the script run over the file, can you please sign out and sign back into your file and check to see if the item has been fixed.

I have attached a snip of one of the products on our system with an unusual count.

 

My biggest issue is the inventory not being recorded correctly.

      I have added a file to the choose file button. If this does not work, please let me know how I can do it.

        Hi Karla13, 

         

        There is a script I have that I can run over the file that should resolve this, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).
