Unable to edit contacts
Hi, Since the update last week i am not able to edit any existing contacts. eg phone, email, type etc. They seem to be locked? I can only edit newley created contacts.

It looks like the only way to do this is to duplicate the client then editing can be done and then making the existing one in active. This is a **bleep** as it really means that no existing data in full was transfered over and there is a lot work in this. This also applies to Items as well. This upgrade wasnt really thought out very well as to the implications it will have on everyone. I seems to be the giant leap backwards......... I used to be a big fan of MYOB but now I am really conssedering changing to somwthing else.

Thank you for the response and I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties editing values in the application.
I suggest opening the User Access window, going to the Manage Roles tab and checking if there are read-only values in the specific access category.
If all of the corresponding roles you have are marked as Read & Write and you are still unable to edit anything, please send me the following information via private message.
