needing to zero out YTD payroll figures for the previous financial year

Hi there

 

I am needing to zero out the employee's year to date figures for the 2023 FY, the figures in pay history are for the current 2024 FY, is there a way to do this process

    Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I understand there are instances when we need to edit the pay history of the previous financial year. Currently, the application would not let you edit pay history values if you already created transactions for the new financial year. May I know what we are trying to accomplish by zeroing out the pay history for the previous financial year?

    Let us know if you still need help with the pay history of your employee. Inform us what we are trying to achieve, so we can see if there are alternative ways to get the same outcome.
