Company file won't open after updating to latest version 2024.3.0

Hi, 

My company file won't open since upgrading to lastest version. It was working fine with the older version then told me that i need to upgrade to the lastest version 2024.3.0 and now it won't open the file. it goes to a light grey screen and shuts down altogether.

If the problem persists after an update, please note that there might be a slight delay as the application finalizes the update in the background.
