BAS link for Activity Statements not Loading

When I am trying to do my monthly activity statement, I am unable to get further in to the screen than the screenshot. I have recently changed my email so wonder if that may be an issue. I tried to login with old email and it said login details not recognised.

    My apologies for the late response. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the BAS link for Activity Statements not loading, and I thank you for providing the screenshot from your end. Referring to it, may we ask if you're using an app with this screenshot? If so, we recommend using the browser so we can check if this will work well. Using the browser version of MYOB indeed offers more functionality and is logically organized.
