Historical Balance is suddenly showing a Balance

From 00 Balance at Y.E 2022 Historical Balance was showing a credit of $13,033.55. I checked out past forum solutions and an enetered an opening balance of $1.00 using 'Setup/Preferences/Account Opening Balances" and then changing it back to $00. It reduced the amount to $1,000.00. (Difference between Net assets and Total Equity.

Tried this exercise again but it will not bring the balance to 00

Does this mean we have to get the file corrected by MYOB?
