Pathetic Customer Service

Have a payroll issue where an employee who started with us in Feb'23 has her whole YTD salary reversed on 1/7/22 (she wasn't even employed at that time). Trying very hard to reach out to MYOB. The chat people have no clue, and the phone never gets through. Raised a support request a week back, but no one cares to reply. My employees are being held up and can't file their tax returns as my payroll register doesn't match payroll activity report. Can't even find their complaints phone number. Is jumping ship to Xero the best option?
