Delete Manually Added Pay History

Hi, one of our employee's cards became corrupted from January 2022, therefore we created a new card and manually added in the new card the employee's pay history from their original card (July-December 2021).  

We had already sent the STP files to the ATO for the original (corrupt) card (Jul-Dec21), so it is now doubling up with the manual figures that we have added to their new employee card.

 

Is there a way that we can please delete the manually added pay history from the employee's new card?

    Hi Jodie11 

     

    Thanks for your post. You would have to 0 out the pay history in the old employee card. The new employee card will continue to update the pay history, which gets send to the ATO for reporting.
