EMPLOYEE SELF ONBOARDING

Its been almost a week since Two of my employees have completed the onboarding process but they are not showing up in my employees in MYOB - is there a next step I have to do or do they?  

I held on for support for two hours the other day and didnt get anywhere.  Please what else do I need to do.
