ETP Correction made - Verification Report Correct Employee summary of payments not correct shows old amounts

Made an error in an ETP paid in Aug 21 (Picked up doing EOY Finalisation), reversed it dated August 21 and re-entered the correct details also dated August 21.     Have notice that the Verification report for EOY finalisation is correct  but the individual Employee Summary of Payments is still showing the Old ETP amount and hasn't updated to the new ETP amount.   This was the only ETP made during the year. I am guessing that the details that the EMployee will download to there income tax return will be the incorrect details not the amended details, also the sum of all Iindividual employee Summary Payments won't equa the verification report.   Does anyone have a solution to correct the emplyees Summary of Payments?

FYI was on hold for nearly 2 hours, only to be cut off ...not happy about that one!
