Hours not appearing in Time Sheet

Hi I am using YourPay in MYOB Essentials and employee has entered time but this has not appeared in the Time Sheet for the Pay Period. What can I do?

Thanks for your post.  It is possible to enter your employees hours manually, which you can find linked in the article Using YourPay for timesheets and payslips.  Although you're already using the service, the article Welcome to YourPay has some useful information as well. It sounds like this is happening for one employee so entering it manually is probably the best course of action to start.
