How to add in an ESA electronic service address to a self-managed super fund

I am adding in a self-managed super fund for a new employee and have obtained the ABN, fund name, ESA and bank account details.  However the ESA does not appear in the drop-down list and there is no way to add one in.  Just to be able to save the super fund details I selected TheSMSFManagers but that is not the ESA.

How can you insert an ESA to the drop-down list?

Sorry to see no one has replied to you yet. If you're still having issues with this SMSF can you please send me a private message with your product serial number and the funds details along with the ESA so I can take a look into this for you.

Hi Melisa,

We finally got there.  It was the confusion of the new employee onboarding feature and a self-managed super fund.  First it seemed as though you needed all the SMSF details in MYOB before a new employee completed the onboarding, but that didn't make any sense. However our new employee managed to get more details entered at the onboarding end and somehow we got it to work.
