Lost Card File

Hi All, 

 

I had a new employee recently complete their onboarding. I was in the process of exporting the data to retain on our file. After closing the file the whole of MYOB was 'Not Responding'. After responding again the file has completely disapeared. Unfortunatelty I am unable to go back to the last back up as it was done prior to the employee completing the onboarding. Is there a way to regain the file?

Welcome to the Community Forum. If the file was online, we do take weekly backups so would be able to provide you with a backup (although it could be over a week old).

 

If it was offline, then you would be looking at restoring a recent backup. If you don't have a backup, then maybe check in the <*\Documents\MYOB\My AccountRight Files> directory to see if there is an older version of your file that could be restored?
