Solved: Go to Solution

Lost a location

I had two location setup and running on MYOB Team, not sure what happened but now have lost one location and cant get it back.

I have deleted location and set up a knew one on computer and both locations appear, but only one appears on the ipad still

Hi @joannce62

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! To troubleshoot are you able to sign out of the Kiosk app and sign back in, does the location appear ? If not, has the location been assigned to the approving manager that signs into the Kiosk app ? If they haven't the location will not appear.
