Notifying ATO of JobMaker Employee Termination

Hi. I'm having trouble with these instructions on terminating a JobMaker employee:

The FAQs question, "How do I terminate an employee on JobMaker", says "Terminating an employee who is on JobMaker is much the same as terminating any other employee, but with one additional task."

 

The "one additional task" is described as something to be done after taking the usual steps to notify the ATO of a termination. However, after those usual steps are done, the "additional task" is no longer possible because it relies on the JobMaker employee's name still appearing in the list of eligible employees under the Payroll Reporting Centre's JobMaker tab - but the employee's name is no longer there.
