So that I can assist you further, could you please provide a screenshot of the ATO error code that's being produced with the 'Rejected' report?
I have been in contact with the ATO again today, and they removed the SBR and Software ID from my RAM and then added it back again as per the MYOB support suggested to " Sync" the software ID between MYOB and the ATO. He had a look into everything and has now said everything on the ATO and my end is 100% set up, and I now need to call MYOB support back.
