Parental Leave

I have an employee that is entitled to parental leave from 6th may to 28th July. I have received confirmation from Centrlink. I have paid her from the 6th May to date using annual leave and want to correct this as the payment will come in from Centre link on the 7th July can i go back to ato and adjust the payslips for parental leave and additional payment as hrs worked. ( i am paying the additional so a full wage is paid weekly)

I was advised to not pay employee before i received the parental leave but i could not do that as it has been 8 weeks for Centrelink to process paper. Please help

I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. To move hours from one payroll category to another process a $0 pay, entering the hours as a negative against the annual leave payroll category and a positive against the correct payroll category.
