Pay Super Set Up Error Message

I am trying to set up Pay Super for the first time in our new company file.   

 

It keeps saying Whoops, we've hit a snag.   Ive tried about 5 times.

 

Can anyone help as I need to pay the super for July which is due soon.

    • Your full name and email address 
    • File name

    Try taking off the locked period under setup/preferences/security

    Its strange but worked for us.
