I have just complted our first payrun for 2022 - 2023 and when I email payslips to workers where the word Base Hourly in written it comes up with an Ex Employee name as the word BAse Hourly can you please tell why it is doing this, and if it will continue

Thanks for your post. The payroll category name displayed on payslips comes from the Wages name field in the payroll category.

hi

what Tracey is saying is to check the setup in payroll categories as this is where the payslip info comes from

So go into payroll categories and look at the wages tab and check how it appears there
