Rostered days off taken per week

Good morning,

Our employees work 4  x 8 hour days and 1 x 6 hour day per week paid as a 38 hour week.

 

At present I enter these hours as above but do I  need to show the the extra .4 per day as rdo hours and if so when a sick day is taken does that then not allow for the .4 for that day?
