Hi,
I have reversed & paid the super to the incorrect fund again. I know, silly me.
I am unable to reverse the second payment.
How can I fix this please?

Have you reversed the first payment but not the second? Can you clarify what you mean that you cannot reverse the second payment? Is there still a double up? What steps have you completed (list form is easiest). Please provide additional details so I can further assist.

I find the whole MYOB offered solution to process a single returned super payment way to cumbersome and not user friendly.
Here is my workaround
1. Create a liability account called incorrect super details
2. To record the funds received back into your bank account use receive money to your bank account from the newly created account
3. Ring correct Super fund and ask for their B-Pay details for paying the employee
4. Process B-Pay via internet banking
5. Allocate B-Pay using Spend Money from bank account to incorrect super details account.
6. Bank feeds will all match Incorrect super account should now be zero and you can sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee
7. Correct the super details in MYOB!!!

@PaulBihetI thought your answer was a solution but the super fumd don't have a BPAY account to pay in to only the clearing house.
I will have to try it the other way again.

@Theresa_DI have followed the instructions as I did for the first time. I am trying to reverse the second payment but it is stating that I have already reversed or processed this payment.
I'm not really sure what to do know as I can't just pay them by BPAY.
