Superannuation - PAYMENT FAILED - no notifications

Hi MYOB

 

I processed my last Superannuation payment for my last employee in April 2022. 

 

I have been using the Superannuation payments since it started any never had a issue. HOWEVER, this last superannuation payment FAILED. 

 

I have never had this issue before and have only realised this payment failed 3 months later. 

 

WHY was there no nofitication or alert issued for this failed payment?

There should be a process in place where users are notified of FAILED payments.

 

Very dissapointed that the program failed to give any notification or email to advise the payment failed.

    Hi ntoumba 

    Sorry to hear that you were notified. Generally, an email should be sent to notify of the payment failure/or refunds (if any). If you did not receive the notification, please send me your product serial number, ABN, date and amount of deposit by Private Message, and we'll check the status on our end.
