Superannuation Payments not being received by the Super Fund

Hi,  I have been advised by one of our employess that their super fund has never received any payments that we have made.  He commenced work Feb 2021.  We use the MYOB Portal and from my end everything looks like it is being processed. 

 

Is there any way in MYOB that I can verify that the money went to the nominated super fund?
Does the MYOB Portal hold funds if they can't distribute them?

 

If not, where would the money be?

Thanks for your post. I'll be happy to look into this for you if you can send me the following information in a private message:

 

  • serial number
  • primary contact name and email address
  • employee's name and super fund
