Welcome to the Community Forum. We have been made aware of an issue where if the option "I Use Timesheets for Payroll and My Week Starts on [...]" Preference isn't ticked under Setup > Preferences > Payroll then it can cause the app to not display correctly.
Could you check if this has been ticked? If it has and you are still not seeing the breaks could you please take a screenshot in your reply, so I can reproduce the error?
