Teams App modification

Hey

My co-worker was called by MYOB a few months ago about using Teams and was told it could be modified for our needs. 

I'm having trouble finding the correct number to call to find out how to do this?

We have a variety of things we would like to know whether we can get these things modified or if it's not worth pursuing.

Anyone have any advice on who to call or email?
