User unable to send STP reports

Hi, I have a user who does payroll but is unable to send STP reports. The user has been set up as Administrator and Accountant, so it should work? Can anyone suggest a solution please? Thanks AC

    Hi allanc, 

     

    Thanks for your post. I'd recommend checking that the user has been set up to be a declarer for STP, information and instructions on how to set this up can be found on our help article Add a declarer for Single Touch Payroll reporting.
