Whoops, something went wrong - Error when signing up for Pay Super

When I try to sign up for Pay Super, I receive the following error message:

Whoops, something went wrong.

If you have an active AccountRight subscription, get in touch with us on 1300 555 931, and we'll get you going.

 

Despite having called this number for assistance, approximately 2 hours later, we still have not been able to solve the issue. This site is the recommendation for finding a resolution.

Would somebody out there please assist.

               * Serial number

               * Business name

               * Primary contact name

               * Primary email address
