Why won't the Super category accept updated super rate of 10.5%? It reverts back to 10%. I'm using Accountright V2022.5.24.6773

Re: Why won't the Super category accept updated super rate of 10.5%?

Hi

Check the payroll category again

In calculation basis

The first line says minimum required rate ( 10.5%) should be selected

So super will be calculated at that rate

Imagine this is a change by MYOB so that businesses are compliant

Make sure you remove the threshold too

Hope that helps

Re: Why won't the Super category accept updated super rate of 10.5%?

Thanks Lisa,

I have done that a million times but there is no way to say ok and move out of the screen.  When i go back to the screen it is the same as before and not updated.

Any suggestions?

Glenys

Done all of that and it won't stick.

I've tried creating a new Super category and it won't stick.

Any other suggestions?

What I mean is you don't have to change it is already set up

Can you see the calculation basis

It is set at 10.5 %

You don't need to do anything all done for you

Hope that helps
