YTD Verification report does not match EOFY

EOFY Finalisation tab shows correct Gross YTD, PAYG WHT figures. These match the Payroll Acitivity Summary Reports

 

Top right hand corner shows all correct figures (Employees, Gross Payments YTD and PAYG Withholding YTD) which match the Payroll Activity Summary Reports

 

However the YTD Verification report does not match the Gross payments or Super expense figures in PAYG Activity Report. Only PAYG WHT matches to Payroll Activity Summary Report. 

 

I have read all posts in relation to this. My payroll categories are all updated and correct. I cannot finalise the EOFY income summaries for employees until the YTD verification report matches?'

 

How can this be fixed?

    I have also now just tried to do a $0 payrun for the last fortnight of the 2022 FY to see if it fixes the YTD verification report and still not fixed.

     

    Can someone answer my query or look into the file at earliest?

      I have been through all the posts to fix this and tried everything:

       

      • Payroll Activity Summary matches the Payroll Register Report
      • ATO reporting  category is correct, i.e. Base Salary is under Gross Payments

       

      Is this because I upgraded to STP Phase 2 prior to finalising?

        I cleared caches and browsing history and it seemed to work now!
