catastrophic error in overtime calculation

Either I have not set up correctly or there is a coding error

set up overtime 1.5

and overtime 2.5

when auto adjustment is selected normal hours are reduced appropriately but

also the gross normal hours calculation is wildly incorrect (by about the same factor as the o/t multiplier

Problem does not occur when auto adjust is unselected
