AccountRight Server Edition 2022.2 with multiple staff all using the same file/s. The customised forms are all located on the Server.
In the Sales Order area, staff are required to print both pick lists and pack lists. The usual procedure is to select Print, Select another Form and choose the customised form we've called 'Item Pick Slip'.
When some staff slect to print this Pick List it automatically prints the Pack List at the same time. For other staff members, it will only print the Pick List not the Pack List.
Why is there a difference when all staff are accessing the same customised form from the server? Is there a setting / option to print both Pick and Pack at the same time?
