Hi,
I'm having an issue where the software crashes when I try to "receive payments" in any way.
I have seen other posts on here where people have had this issue fixed by having a script run on their data file by MYOB customer service.
Just wondering if anyone from MYOB can help me out here please?

Hi @Dyne
I'm sorry to hear that you have been affected by this. We have released an update version, 2020.2.1 which will resolve this issue. If you have received an In-Product message advising you to update, you will need to do so.
If you haven't received that In-Product message, you will need to uninstall the current version, download 2020.2 from your my.myob account and then reinstall.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.
