Bank account number is in valid error message when creating electronic payment batch

Bank account number is in valid error message when creating electronic payment batch

Hi 

 

When i create the batch file to upload to bank, i get an error message saying:

 

Error 

Bank account number is invalid

 

How can i fix this?

In this matter, you will need to change the bank account number. The Help Article Setting up electronic payments has detailed information and instructions to assist you on how to set up.

 

Also, can you check if the employee's bank account is correct? If yes, can I ask for the exact error message?
