Cancel Subscription

How is it that setting up a subscription takes less than two seconds, MYOB more than happy to take card details and bill accordingly.

However trying to cancel a subscription has taken me hours and im resorting to using a public post.

Has anyone else had this problem and can suggest how I may actually get in contact with someone fro MYOB to cancel?

    If you're using AccountRight, you will need to contact us to cancel your subscription. You can contact us by calling our phone support agents, Live chat, or here on the Community Forum.

     

    So that I can assist you with this here, can you please send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Client ID (found on monthly invoice)
    • Business name
    • Your name + email
