We cannot add a freight line to a purchase order (this has just recently become an issue) , we have tried to add to the freight box at the bottom of the screen and adding a line in the body of the purchase order, we get the following message
Purchases - Edit Service
Error
DataInvalid
This does not happen on all suppliers, it has happened on 2 so far.

A DataInvalid message error is typically caused by a duplicate record within the Database. These particular situations do require company files to come in for an investigation and possible repair. Also if the company file is stored online getting the following information as well will be appreciated.

Thanks for the response @Celia_B, we have created a new supplier card and combined that with the old one and the issue seems to be resolved, we are now able to change the information with no issue.
