Email reminders are still in a sending state 5 days later

About 20 email reminders were sent out to my customers on the 5th February.  As of the 11th February they are still in a sending state.  I haven't got the time it requires to log a call with their support desk but I would like to know how I can make them to resend.  All of my debtor collection is via email so it is dissapointing that I cannot rely on the MYOB email infrastructure to send emails.

    Apologies for the delay in response. 

    If the reminders are still in the 'sending' state, can you please check with at least one customer if they have received the reminder despite the sending status?
