Hi MYOB Team,
The email issue occurred again. I have been using Account Right for over three years now and have had a problem sending quotes etc direct from MYOB using a default email address. Now suddenly starting 1 week ago some of them are bouncing back, and that always be which contain some fixed character in email address.
I have checked these email addresses which be blocked, and have added them to the outlook white list. However, they still cannot receive any email from Myob that I sent.
In this case, could you provide a private portal so that I can provide you with these blocked email addresses, and you might help me to check if it is possible that they are blocked by your (the Myob) system or Myob internal email server?
