Entering a bill with instalments

Hi

 

I am new to MYOB and finding it a bit confusing!

 

I have council rates that will be paid in instalments.  I have entered in the PO and am setting it up as a recurring quarterly bill, but the subsequent bills don't seem to show up?  Only the first one.  

 

What am I doing wrong?  How is the best way to set it up so that each due date is listed with the amount owing?

    In this matter, there is no facility to allow for each monthly installments to be saved as a recurring transaction if you are regularly paying off creditors bills. You can check here
