FAILED TO FETCH DATA MYOB EXCEL

I am having trouble using MYOB excel, i tried couple of times generating report but it keep saying failed to fetch data. I am having trouble with only February selection , january is working fine .

Hi @Shiwangi, 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Our teams have seen this occur if a user only has access to the Purchases section within AccountRight, they can only run reports for the Purchases section. If they try to run a different report out of the purchases section they get that error message. 

I'd recommend checking that your user access set up has the ability to access all sections of the file. If you make changes to your user access please make sure to sign out of MYOB Excel add-in and re-sign in.

Hi @Shiwangi, 

Is the error appearing for all reports or just a few ? Can you attach a screenshot of the error you get when running a few of these reports.
