Long Decimal Places

We have several inventory items that have very long decimal places (again).

 

It's been a long running glitch with AR, that we have usually resolved by having to make inventory adjustments to 'zero' out the offending inventory items. But we still have a few inventory items we can't fix using this method, which is frustrating.

 

I've tried calling MYOB support, but the person I spoke to couldn't understand the issue.

 

Is there a way to fix this long decimal place issue for current items (ie. it's an online file, so running a script)?

And is there a way to fix it permanently too so it won't happen again?

    • Serial number
    • Business name

      Hi Isaiah_C, this has now been resolved via another MYOB representative running the script yesterday on the online file, thank you
