M-Powered Invoices ? Myob Payment services & Australia Post

Hi has anyone had issues with clients paying invoices over the counter at an Australia Post branch but the money not subsequently appearing in the company  bank account ? I am currently in the midst of sorting out the 3rd one of these missing/withheld payment from MYOB this year !!!~
