PDF Invoices

We deal with a number of large companies that require we send PDF copies on invoices to an email address where they are outomatically processed,

Now we are in the MYOB cloud the invoice email is not the P:DF copy and manual processing is required which these companies will not do.

The only way I can see around this is for us to create a PDF copy to file and then send that which is manually intensive.

MYOB seemss to have gonee backwards in this regard.

What can be done?

    Thanks for your post. If you are emailing directly from AccountRight you can attach PDF copy of the invoice by going to Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing tab and selecting Include a link to the online invoice and attach a PDF:
