Hi , I have an issue with our purchase order numbers auto sequencing. We use 4 digit purchase order numbers, so once we used the number 9999, the next number automatically sequenced to 5 digits - 10000. We want to go back to using 4 digits starting from 1000, so we manually input the number 1000 to override the auto sequenced 10000. This seemed to work for a short period of time, however the purchase order numbers keep reverting back to 5 digits. This seems to keep happening even after numerous attempts to override the auto sequencing and starting again with a new 4 digit number. We have tried clearing our Account Right Cache, which solves the issue temporarily but then we are back to square 1. Thanks in advance for any assistance

Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Did you still need assistance with this ? If so, you would need to enter in a few invoices with the new sequence number so that the software can pick it up.
If this doesn't work please uninstall and reinstall AccountRight and try again.
