Thanks for your post and sorry for the delay in our response. If you're still having issues with this can you please provide a screenshot of your unpaid invoice summaries set up within your file this can be found by going to the sales command centre and clicking on invoice reminders.
Also, can you please confirm the date of the last time the unpaid invoice summaries were sent from your file.
