Time Billing format has disappeared

Hi 

 

Has anyone else logged in this morning to find that the Time Billing format in purchases has disappeared as an option?

Thank you for your post. 

 

I recommend clearing the AccountRight cache which can resolve some odd behaviour like display issues: Clearing the AccountRight Cache.

 

If that does not resolve your issue, would you be able to provide some more context to what's happening on your side. Could you send through a screenshot? and the steps you are following to create the purchase so I can replicate it on my end?
