Wrong contact on email for sales invoices & statements

I use MYOB for my own business. However, whenever I send emails sales invoices or statements from my business it is pulling contact name from one of my clients but is using my email address correctly...

    Hi Shannon3 

     

    Thanks for confirming your product. For Legacy Essentials the "from" name will use the details of the user that is currently logged in. 

     

    We are aware it's an issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused until it is resolved. As a workaround you could download it as a PDF file and send it through a different program like Outlook.
