converting order to a bill in Accountright 2018.2.

I am trying to convert a 2019 order into a bill & am getting this Error

 

Code:
System.InvalidCastException


Message:
Unable to cast object of type 'MYOB.Huxley.BusinessLayer.Entities.ReceiveRefundForPurchaseEventLine' to type 'MYOB.Huxley.BusinessLayer.Entities.SettlePurchaseReturnEventLineBase'.

 

I have emailed the log to accountrighterror@myob.com

havent herad from them so in the meantime if someone has experienced this and solved it pleas ecan you help.

    Hi FZ,

    I would suggest that you change the order date to the date you want the invoice to be and try again

     

    i don't know why the error occurred or what it means but this may be a work around for you
